Baskinor emerged from a simple observation: hairdressing education lacked depth and practical focus. We built a platform where professionals share techniques that actually work in real salons, not just in theory.
What started as workshops
Local stylists in Kryvyi Rih needed better training options. Traditional courses felt disconnected from salon realities. We started hosting small workshops where working professionals demonstrated actual techniques they used daily. Participants could ask questions, practice immediately, and see results in their work the following week.
Hands-on learning
Theory matters less than practice. Each masterclass focuses on specific techniques you can apply immediately. Instructors show their process step by step, explain why certain methods work, and help you avoid common mistakes.
Real professionals teaching
Instructors work in active salons and understand current client expectations. They teach techniques they use themselves, share solutions to problems they've solved, and demonstrate methods proven through years of daily practice.

We measure success by how quickly participants apply what they learn. Most report using new techniques within days of completing a masterclass. Some come back for advanced sessions once they've mastered foundational skills.
